Q: Office Home and Student 2013 Product Key Number's

I recently bought a new laptop and they sold me an Office and Student 2013 Card to install on it. Everytime.  I try to enter the product key card number it says it's an invalid number.  What is wrong?

Do you have trial version of Office 365 program installed on the system?



If yes, then the issue might have caused by the trial version of Office program installed on the computer. Uninstall Office completely
from the computer and check. Refer to the link mentioned run the automated troubleshooter from the following article to remove all traces of the new Office installed on the system.

Note: If you are using a 64-bit operating system, save the fixit tool on the system and then run it from
the saved location.



 



Once the uninstallation is complete, reboot the system and install Office 365 program and check.
